At Dental Associates we’re giving back to our fans in a BIG way, with twelve months of giveaways! Over the next year, all new patients and/or any current patients who refer new patients to both the boston and waltham locations, will receive an entry in our monthly Apple iPad drawing. There is no limit on the number of entries you may have, so start calling your friends in the greater boston area today!

1. Become a fan of Dental Associates of New England on Facebook
2. Schedule a new patient appointment or refer a new patient
3. Print & Complete our iPad Giveaway Entry Form to bring your appointment (found below, or on our facebook page!)

The fine print: All fields must be completed on the entry form. For valid entry, form must be turned in upon check-in on the day of the appointment for that month’s giveaway. One winner will be selected at random on the last day of each month, and notified via Facebook message. Patients may choose to set up appointments in either the Boston or Waltham location.
